You are only allowed to cancel your order if done within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, your order becomes embedded in our fulfillment chain and can not be cancelled. You will have to wait to receive the item and request a return/exchange.

We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier. If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order.
