Return & Exchange (US Only)

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

To start a return, contact us at hello@coleivy.nyc within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We want you to love your pants. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@coleivy.nyc and we’ll gladly send a replacement.

We provide free domestic exchanges on full-priced items, as well as free returns for store credit on all items except those marked final sale. Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only (no exchanges) and will incur a return shipping fee.

As a small, family-run business with limited inventory, all exchanges depend on current stock availability.

Cancellations

You are only allowed to cancel your order if done within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, your order becomes embedded in our fulfillment chain and can not be cancelled. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately hello@coleivy.nyc if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
